Qualifications & ExpertiseProven experience in applying NDT techniques within aerospace, motorsport, or similarly high-precision fields. Familiarity with laser tracking measurement systems is a plus. PCN/ASNT Level 2 or EN4179/NAS410 certification in Ultrasonic, Eddy-Current, Magnetic, and Penetrant flaw detection is required. Robust understanding of composites, composite manufacturing, and testing methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems, including experience with MRP systems. Experience with PolyWorks, GOM, or PC DIMS is desirable. Personal AttributesThrives in a dynamic, high-performance setting.

Role Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Non-Destructive Testing Technician to be part of our illustrious Formula One team. You will utilize state-of-the-art inspection technologies to ensure that both new and operational components adhere to the highest quality standards. Your specialized knowledge will play a crucial role in enhancing driver safety and maximizing track performance, reinforcing our dedication to excellence in racing.

This position follows a 4-on, 4-off shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute inspections on new and in-service components employing a variety of NDT methods and techniques.

  • Carry out geometrical inspections utilizing a range of tools and methodologies.

  • Assist and travel to test events and race weekends throughout the year.

  • Operate within a cutting-edge inspection environment utilizing modern and traditional technologies.
