We are looking for a seasoned people manager with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in managing network engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Wi-Fi network engineering, particularly with Cisco Meraki, along with robust knowledge of edge networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper. Experience in managing large-scale technology projects within global enterprises, especially with more than 10 offices and 7,000 employees, is crucial to ensure that our infrastructure scales with company growth. Strong vendor management abilities, including the selection, negotiation, and oversight of third-party network service providers, are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across IT, Workplace, Security, and executive teams are required. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and relevant professional certifications like CCNA or CCNP is preferred.
