Position Requirements:Must be a U. S. citizen or Greencard holder as required by contract. Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in a client-facing or project-oriented environment. Demonstrated expertise in a specific technical area while receiving direction from senior technical leaders on various tasks. Willingness to support sales activities as necessary. Provide assistance with project management requirements when needed. Ability to work independently with regular checkpoints, taking on specific technical tasks as assigned. Possess deep experience in one technical area, with expanding knowledge across one or more additional areas. Understand specific client business requirements and how implemented technical solutions meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to projects under the guidance of a project lead, ensuring the quality of service delivery in line with BlueAlly's standards.
  • Lead specific areas within larger project teams, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide engineering support and technical guidance across multiple projects, aligning with client needs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to maintain high-quality and compliance standards.
  • Independently produce technical documentation and effectively present briefings to client stakeholders in roundtable discussions.
  • Escalate project-impacting issues to Delivery Directors or appropriate leadership as needed.
