We are seeking an enthusiastic National Account Manager to become a vital part of our Commercial team for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave. Reporting directly to our Head of Commercial & Trade Marketing, we need an individual who excels in numerical analysis, possesses exceptional relationship-building skills, and is driven by growth and results. You will play a key role in forging, developing, and sustaining strategic partnerships with retailers, while also identifying fresh commercial prospects and negotiating optimal support to elevate our brand both in physical stores and online.

The Role
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across all levels, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, ensuring that Trinny London secures a significant share of voice, visibility, and exposure.
- Facilitating successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, online presence, and marketing support packages with Buying and Merchandising teams.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape and category performance to uncover retail opportunities and strategic requirements.
- Taking full responsibility for retail sales forecasting in your region/retailers, adhering to all financial deadlines and budget submissions, and promptly identifying risks and opportunities.
- Implementing 360-degree plans to drive and sustain top rankings in all categories and locations.
- Grasping the intricacies of each account's P&L, balancing Trade Marketing investments with top-line opportunities, while monitoring retailer profit contributions and achieving agreed-upon profits.
- Remaining adaptable to respond to retail trends and maximize opportunities across various retailers.
