We are seeking a passionate and proactive Museum Management Consultant to join our team at the Museum of Philhellenism. This role involves overseeing various aspects of museum management and ensuring the smooth operation of our activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate museum activities and manage collections;
- Organize events and educational programs;
- Plan and oversee museum visits;
- Manage the museum’s social media presence;
- Engage in public and media relations;
- Oversee publications and monitor related projects;
- Network with professionals in other museums and art galleries;
- Maintain the museum’s website;
- Collaborate with museum staff;
- Communicate with the Management Board and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in French, German, or another European language is a plus;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and social media platforms;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
