Our initiative, supported by Kia America, Inc., aims to provide skilled military veterans with exceptional training and job opportunities through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, focusing on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Accurately complete repair orders and warranty requests following established Kia and retailer policies.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize Kia diagnostic strategies, tools, and equipment to analyze and repair vehicle components and systems.
  • Perform services, diagnostics, and repairs promptly while collaborating with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance customer satisfaction.
