What You’ll Own
— Manage end-to-end recruitment for international business, product, and technology roles — from sourcing through to the job offer.
— Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their needs and deliver impactful results.
— Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for key and challenging positions.
— Develop and implement outreach strategies that attract top-tier candidates from around the globe.
— Continuously enhance recruitment processes to make hiring smarter, faster, and more effective.
— Act as a brand ambassador for Solidgate, showcasing our values and culture to candidates worldwide.
You’re a Great Fit if You Have
— 3-5 years of recruiting experience (preferably within fast-paced tech environments)
— A proven history of successfully hiring top talent in competitive markets
— Exceptional sourcing skills — adept at identifying and engaging candidates across various platforms
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— A growth mindset: you challenge and refine processes instead of just following them
— Proficient in English
