Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the ICT or technology sectors. Proven experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer accounts. Strong understanding of ICT solutions including Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation. Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

ZainTECH is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager based in Dubai to support and grow relationships with mid-market clients. This role centers on delivering ICT and digital solutions, building trust with customers, and identifying new ways to drive revenue. Core solution areas include cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their business goals and technology needs.
  • Hold regular performance reviews to uncover growth opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Manage contract renewals and help clients realize ongoing value from ZainTECH’s offerings.

ICT & Digital Solutions Expertise

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ZainTECH’s portfolio, including cloud, cybersecurity, data solutions, and digital innovation.
  • Match technology solutions to client business objectives and operational needs.
  • Partner with technical and presales teams to position integrated solutions across service areas.

Business Development

  • Spot and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Support pipeline growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for assigned clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, events, and activities to deepen relationships and uncover new business.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Coordinate with product, presales, and delivery teams to ensure effective solution positioning and execution.
  • Engage both technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with client needs.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues, maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of account activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
