Your ResponsibilitiesManage a new-logo sales quota within a designated Mid-Market territory (including banks, private equity, and asset managers). Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with target accounts. Navigate intricate organizational structures to cultivate champions and secure C-Suite sponsorship. Conduct targeted proofs of value linked to well-defined success criteria and ROI. Collaborate with Solutions and Post-Sales teams to ensure pilot projects transition into multi-year Enterprise License Agreements. Provide product and go-to-market teams with valuable customer insights and win/loss analysis. What You Will BringA minimum of 2 years of experience closing SaaS deals with a consistent record of quota achievement (6+ successful quarters). Experience selling to clients in the financial services sector or a strong desire to excel in this area. Proficiency in challenger-style, value-driven selling methodologies; familiarity with tools such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message. Capability to rapidly grasp complex AI concepts and translate them into tangible business outcomes. A startup mindset—self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and driven to exceed expectations. Preferred QualificationsExperience as an early employee in a high-growth startup. Technical acumen (ability to elucidate complex concepts such as transformer models). Previous experience in or selling to investment banks or private equity/credit firms.
