Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete mid-market sales process, from targeted prospecting to closing negotiations.
Craft and implement scalable outreach initiatives to drive new business and enhance Profound's market presence.
Manage a robust pipeline, balancing strategic discussions with effective execution.
Develop and maintain relationships that transform initial agreements into enduring partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate learning and refine our messaging.
About You
A seasoned SaaS sales professional with a track record of success in mid-market account sales and a history of surpassing quotas.
Adept at managing multiple deals simultaneously while adjusting strategies to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Entrepreneurial and proactive, motivated by the opportunity to build and drive early success.
Resilient, inquisitive, and focused on impact, with a strong inclination towards action and experimentation.
Work Environment
This position is based on-site at our Union Square office in NYC, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and impactful work setting.
The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, not including commission. Profound offers a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits offering.
