The Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts, which include current Postman users at various levels. Your mission is to devise strategies to engage with target accounts, collaborating closely with Sales Development representatives to understand their utilization of Postman and to introduce them to our comprehensive Enterprise Suite. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic sales team at Postman and we seek enthusiastic individuals who are eager to contribute to our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within Technical SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Develop a strategic plan tailored for your territory.
- Generate and manage outbound sales opportunities sourced from your efforts.
- Implement a land-and-expand strategy to foster widespread adoption and facilitate larger deployments.
- Educate customers about the value of Postman throughout their evaluation and adoption journey.
- Engage with key decision-makers to promote awareness of Postman Enterprise within their organizations.
- Utilize data to gain insights into customers' business challenges and needs.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer usage patterns and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Postman team members to ensure long-term customer success.
- Organize and communicate relevant topics effectively.
