What will I be doing?

  • Drive the adoption and growth of Intercom within the Mid-Market segment.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle for Mid-Market customers, utilizing a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver timely and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Stay informed about our evolving products and processes.
  • Create tailored demonstrations to meet client needs.
  • Participate in team development and mentoring efforts.
  • Advocate for the customer’s voice with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product.
  • Contribute to the global Enterprise business growth by innovating best practices and leading projects that enhance team performance.
