Your ResponsibilitiesManage a new-client quota across a designated Mid-Market territory (including banks, private equity, and asset management). Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing for targeted accounts. Navigate intricate organizational structures to cultivate champions and secure C-Suite sponsorship. Conduct compelling proofs of value linked to definitive success criteria and ROI. Collaborate with Solutions and Post-Sales teams to ensure pilot programs escalate into multi-year Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs). Provide product and go-to-market teams with clear customer insights and win/loss analysis. Your QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in closing SaaS deals with a consistent record of quota achievement (at least 6 quarters of success). Proven experience selling to clients in the financial services sector or a strong desire to become proficient in this domain. Expertise in challenger-style, value-driven selling; familiarity with tools such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message. Ability to quickly grasp complex AI concepts and translate them into tangible business outcomes. A startup mindset—self-motivated, comfortable with uncertainty, and eager to exceed expectations. Preferred QualificationsExperience as an early employee in a fast-growing startup. Technical acumen (ability to articulate complex concepts such as transformer models). Experience working with or selling to investment banks or private equity/credit firms.
