We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Marketing Manager to lead our client's email and SMS marketing initiatives. You will have the autonomy to shape the marketing strategy, oversee execution, and analyze performance metrics while managing a comprehensive marketing calendar. In this position, your hands-on approach and strategic mindset will be pivotal in crafting impactful, conversion-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement, boost retention, and drive revenue growth throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Email & SMS Ownership
• Plan, create, design, schedule, and optimize all email and SMS marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Manage audience segmentation, automation flows, and promotional messages.
• Conduct ongoing testing of subject lines, creative assets, and messaging to enhance performance.
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning
• Develop and maintain monthly and seasonal marketing calendars.
• Conceptualize campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and key retail events.
• Ensure cross-channel alignment and timely execution of marketing activities.
Creative & Copy Execution
• Craft clear and compelling marketing copy focused on conversions.
• Create basic campaign graphics or collaborate with designers when necessary.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable creative directions.
Performance & Optimization
• Track key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue attribution.
• Provide insights and recommendations to continually optimize campaign performance.
