Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This position is perfect for an individual who appreciates clean and sophisticated design, has a wealth of experience designing digital marketing materials, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The graphic designer will be tasked with producing a variety of creative assets for digital marketing, from monthly emails and website visuals to organic social media content and paid advertisements, while also managing our media libraries. The designer will ensure that all visuals align with our brand identity, maintaining consistency and aesthetic appeal while contributing to the brand's creative evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Design Director and Art Director on all projects and tasks
- Create digital marketing assets such as emails, web visuals, and social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Work closely with the Design Director and Senior Graphic Designer throughout all design initiatives.
- Retouch and edit brand imagery (e-commerce, product, and lifestyle) with a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow the Art Director's guidance.
- Organize and maintain design files and the image media library.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and timelines with accuracy.
- Coordinate with the creative project manager using Slack and Wrike to track progress.
