Essential QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system. Proficient in interpreting and communicating business processes and requirements. Experience in configuring and customizing the finance module is essential. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes. Able to work independently and adapt to changing environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex business requirements. Upper-intermediate proficiency in English. Practical knowledge of Power Automate is a plus. Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant). Familiarity with the broader Power Platform (OCR, Invoice Capture, Power Apps, Power BI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Support of Finance Module: Lead the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring it meets the unique needs of client business processes.
  • Business Process Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze their financial operations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Module Configuration and Customization: Ensure that all configurations are tailored to market needs, in collaboration with the Product Owner, and meticulously documented.
  • End-User Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities, along with continuous support and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute thorough testing of configurations and customizations to guarantee that delivered solutions align with business requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective communication and teamwork with business users to achieve project goals.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed functional design documentation, solution design documents, user manuals, and training resources.
