Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Support of Finance Module: Lead the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring it meets the unique needs of client business processes.
- Business Process Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze their financial operations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Module Configuration and Customization: Ensure that all configurations are tailored to market needs, in collaboration with the Product Owner, and meticulously documented.
- End-User Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities, along with continuous support and guidance.
- Quality Assurance: Execute thorough testing of configurations and customizations to guarantee that delivered solutions align with business requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Collaboration: Foster effective communication and teamwork with business users to achieve project goals.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed functional design documentation, solution design documents, user manuals, and training resources.
