Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating, executing, and integrating M&A opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Development Officer and technical teams to facilitate strategic growth initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing strategic fit, supporting due diligence efforts, including comprehensive business and financial analysis, and assisting in the development of deal structures, succession plans, and transition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain intricate financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and merger effect analyses.
  • Conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to bolster pipeline development.
  • Lead financial due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments, and synergy quantification.
  • Establish and track business performance metrics for deals, focusing on key performance indicators, profitability analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Support post-close integration tracking, including synergy realization, purchase accounting, and performance analysis against the deal thesis.
