Qualifications

Why this role?

As a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Data Analysis and Evaluation, you will be instrumental in ensuring the excellence, dependability, and performance of our large language models (LLMs). Your responsibilities will include designing and executing data collection tasks, evaluating dataset quality, and analyzing the robustness and generalizability of our models. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and data annotators, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making that enhances the effectiveness of our AI solutions.

This role requires a blend of expertise in statistics, experimental design (including human annotation), and machine learning to guarantee that our models are trained on high-quality data and exhibit reliable performance across various scenarios. You will play a key part in advancing Cohere’s mission by ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and impactful.

Please Note: Our offices are located in London, Paris, Toronto, San Francisco, and New York, but we proudly support remote work. You have the flexibility to work from anywhere!
