About the Position:
This is an in-person hospitality role, requiring presence on-site 5 days a week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Boston, MA. Our compensation package includes attractive commuter benefits!
As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be pivotal in shaping the member experience, striving to create great days for everyone who enters our office. While no two days may look the same, here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact as you prepare the office for the day by brewing coffee, laying out breakfast, and restocking shared amenities.
Proactively manage inventory and take ownership of ordering supplies for your location.
Design and execute captivating events, paying meticulous attention to detail in signage and presentation.
Ensure a seamless and memorable first day for new members by integrating them into various systems.
Assist members with any IT or WiFi challenges they may encounter.
