Meet Nazar, the Creative Team Lead at Wisey and your future manager. With over 8 years of experience in marketing, Nazar has contributed to Wisey for nearly three years, becoming the lead for paid social media traffic acquisition and currently leading the creative team.

An automated database with room for improvement.
We have already automated some processes: campaign setup, analytics collection, and part of the creative research. You will not only utilize these tools but also enhance and improve research approaches.
Who are we looking for?
You will be the first person in the business responsible for systematic marketing research and will impact a key growth question: how many new marketing funnels can we launch and scale?
This role is ideal for someone capable of working with large datasets, uncovering insights where others see chaos, and translating hypotheses into business outcomes. You won’t just generate ideas – you’ll design tests, implement, and analyze them for results.
