What You Will Do
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented marketing leader to spearhead our marketing initiatives for the SMB and Mid-Market segments across EMEA. This segment is a vital component of Europe’s economic landscape and a key driver of Stripe's ambitions in the region.
This role is for a senior individual contributor who excels at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional influence. You will adapt global priorities into localized programs, ensuring that our SMB and Mid-Market audiences enjoy high-quality, insight-driven experiences throughout their lifecycle, from initial exploration to long-term partnership.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses a strong passion for collaborating with regional sales teams to achieve successful user outcomes, and is eager to build a high-velocity revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the EMEA marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments, focusing on Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Own critical business and revenue metrics throughout the sales funnel, emphasizing the acceleration of pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to develop successful co-selling initiatives that extend our reach within the partner and developer ecosystems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel marketing plans.
