About the Role
We are on the lookout for a strategic and commercially-savvy Marketing Manager to join our vibrant marketing team at Deliveroo. This pivotal role is essential for driving substantial business growth for both our HOP (grocery darkstore) and Retail segments through meticulous marketing planning and execution.
Reporting to the Head of Restaurant and New Verticals Marketing, you will be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with our key commercial objectives, enhance customer value, and optimize ROI. This high-impact position demands commercial insight, a test-and-learn approach, and a proven ability to meld strategic thought with hands-on execution. You will develop and scale marketing programs that resonate with consumers while delivering significant results for our business and partners.
Your Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing plans and campaign strategies for HOP and Retail that drive growth for our partners and business.
Translate business objectives into actionable, insight-driven, and customer-centric marketing initiatives.
Lead the integrated go-to-market strategy, collaborating with commercial, local, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
Oversee the planning and execution of value-driven campaigns (such as promotional, seasonal, and category growth) to boost customer engagement and HOP/partner performance.
Continuously enhance campaign ROI through post-campaign analysis, insights, and strategic adjustments.
Identify new growth opportunities through emerging trends, untapped customer segments, or innovative testing approaches.
Utilize customer and partner insights to guide marketing strategies and campaign development.
Manage regular performance reporting and stakeholder communications, highlighting trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
