Join TransPerfect’s dynamic Marketing & Communications team as a full-time Marketing Lead in our Life Sciences division. In this pivotal role, you will partner strategically with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to enhance our digital marketing strategy, curate engaging content, and drive lead generation and nurturing initiatives across our life sciences digital program.
We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented marketer with over 5 years of experience in executing and optimizing digital campaigns. You should be adept at crafting compelling content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate leads while achieving measurable business outcomes. This role is designed for a highly collaborative individual who will not only execute campaigns but also influence the trajectory of our digital strategy—leading performance evaluations, collaborating with various teams, and advocating for scalable, data-driven initiatives. You will be hands-on in developing full-funnel campaigns that demonstrate the value of TransPerfect Life Sciences solutions to diverse personas across various use cases.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Digital Program Leadership
Collaborate with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to craft and propel the digital strategy and content for life sciences.
Oversee essential workstreams including campaign planning, content execution, SEO, lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance analytics.
Serve as the primary contact for digital performance assessments and contribute to the analysis of program KPIs.
Campaign Performance Analysis
Facilitate quarterly marketing performance reviews to analyze effective campaigns, messaging, and channels.
Pinpoint high-performing tactics for scaling and collaborate with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to revise underperforming assets or processes.
Engage cross-functionally to resolve campaign bottlenecks, audience friction points, and inter-departmental misalignments.
SEO & Website Strategy
Lead initiatives to enhance domain authority and organic search visibility through strategic content planning, backlinks, PR coordination, and technical SEO enhancements.
Partner with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to develop long-term content strategies that support keyword clusters and semantic search.
Collaborate with web and digital marketing teams to ensure our websites are optimized for maximum performance.
