As the Market Sales Manager for GOLFNOW, you will spearhead sales initiatives for our comprehensive range of software products and services. This role encompasses full ownership of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, relationship management, and account development. Additionally, you'll manage existing accounts to enhance our business footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong account management skills and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Conduct outside sales calls to engage with Golf Course partners and potential clients.
- Prepare, present, and finalize tailored golf course solutions.
- Document all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Regularly generate and submit reports on sales activities and revenue to the Regional Manager.
- Assist in market analysis, including website evaluations and opportunity email initiatives.
- Implement strategic marketing efforts to boost partner rounds and revenue.
- Manage relationships with Multi-Course Operators as directed by your supervisor.
In this role, you will become a local expert within the golf economy, acquiring in-depth knowledge of golf courses, marketing channels, key market players, economic factors, and competitive landscapes. Collaborating with your Area team, you will leverage this expertise to optimize key performance metrics, including the number of golf course clients, product adoption rates, tee time utilization, and local golfer engagement levels.
