Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years (5 years for senior role) of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or order management- Proven track record in managing complex, high-mix, or high-volume manufacturing programs.- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems such as FA (First Article), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), ECN (Engineering Change Notice)- Exceptional coordination and stakeholder management abilities- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Program Executive manages customer programs from start to finish. This role centers on customer account management, production planning, and coordinating operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts on manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee and align customer orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
  • Translate customer requirements into internal production and material plans.
  • Work closely with teams in production, planning, procurement, engineering, and logistics to meet delivery commitments.
  • Monitor program progress, flag risks, and address challenges as they arise.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to customers on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Support change management processes, including engineering changes and order modifications.
  • Keep documentation, systems, and reports accurate and up to date.
