Required Qualifications:Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience interpreting engineering drawings associated with electrical instrumentation, assemblies, cables, chassis, and electro/mechanical fixtures. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering lab environment. Proficient in material procurement processes. Must be a U. S. Citizen. Preferred Qualifications:Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and teamwork skills, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities. Experience with test equipment or prototype engineering is a plus.

As a Manufacturing Planner II, you will be at the helm of the acquisition and manufacturing processes for Test Equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting manufacturing challenges related to test equipment and prototypes, leveraging your knowledge of engineering design, requirements, and intended applications. You will also be responsible for generating and tracking multiple requisitions throughout the procurement cycle, resolving procurement issues, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer schedules.

Due to project-specific requirements, all applicants must be U. S. citizens and possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.

This is an on-site role, and all candidates must currently reside in Tucson, AZ, or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute actively to the design, acquisition, and manufacturing of intricate test equipment, including cables, chassis, and electro/mechanical fixtures.
  • Participate in engineering design reviews.
  • Manage and maintain build configuration and quality history records.
  • Acquire, track, and manage materials from procurement through to the final delivery of completed test sets.
