West Monroe invites you to explore an exciting opportunity as a Managing Director/Partner within our Operations Excellence (OpEx) practice. In this pivotal role, you will structure, lead, support, and drive the growth of our OpEx practice and Enterprise Strategy & Execution (ES&E) offerings, working closely with fellow leaders across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include key client account ownership, scoping, selling, and serving as the engagement lead for our Outsourcing Advisory Services, which encompasses outsourcing assessments, RFx development, vendor selection, contract negotiations, transition management, and service delivery optimization.
As a Managing Director/Partner at West Monroe, your key responsibilities will include:
Client Delivery:
- Lead teams in delivering exceptional client service across diverse industries, demonstrating executive presence with senior client counterparts.
- Manage and guide multi-disciplinary teams to align client business objectives with effective IT and business process outsourcing solutions.
- Ensure quality assurance and maintain regular communication with client executives to ascertain and enhance value from our engagements.
- Gain insights into the business processes and technologies in use within client organizations to offer recommendations that drive scalability, reduce operational costs, and enhance support for business processes.
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and collections.
Practice Development:
- Collaborate with national and local leadership within the OpEx practice and across various industry and functional practices to create and deliver comprehensive outsourcing advisory offerings.
- Contribute to strategic growth regarding offerings, methodology, staffing, skill development, and account acquisition.
