About the Position

Bosch Mobility Platforms & Solutions (MPS) is at the forefront of innovation with our Utilization Operating Stack (Z. OS), which facilitates the digital monetization of parking, tolling, and urban infrastructure assets. This pivotal role is tasked with fueling revenue growth by cultivating robust partnerships, activating ecosystems, and engaging directly with commercial stakeholders in the utilization and infrastructure space. This position is centered around revenue accountability and partnership-driven commercial strategies.
 

Position Summary
The Manager of Utilization & Infrastructure Partnerships will:

  • Generate revenue streams from the Z. OS platform
  • Establish and activate strategic alliances within the infrastructure ecosystem
  • Design commercial frameworks with operators and infrastructure stakeholders
  • Pinpoint scalable growth avenues across utilization assets

This role merges partnership cultivation with proactive sales expertise.

 

Core Responsibilities

1. Revenue Accountability

  • Achieve specified revenue targets within the Utilization portfolio
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements both directly and through partners
  • Stimulate recurring revenue growth

2. Partnership Cultivation

Forge structured partnerships with:

  • Parking and infrastructure operators
  • Real estate and asset proprietors
  • Smart infrastructure concessionaires
  • Urban mobility ecosystem stakeholders
  • Infrastructure integrators
  • Formulate revenue-sharing, concession, or platform-based commercial agreements.

3. Commercial Expansion

  • Identify high-potential deployment opportunities
  • Create repeatable partnership frameworks
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance commercial positioning

4. Ecosystem & Cross-Selling Coordination

  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities within the mobility stack
  • Engage with Digital Infrastructure and Logistics sectors where applicable
  • Enable bundled mobility offerings when suitable

5. Commercial Rigor

  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management
  • Ensure adherence to pricing strategies and margin optimization
  • Drive quantifiable adoption objectives
