Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager, Clinical Outsourcing
Location: Remote or Hybrid (3 days/week in-office if based near Waltham, MA or Menlo Park, CA)
Role Overview
The Manager/Sr. Manager of Clinical Outsourcing will be responsible for overseeing the business aspects of vendor and site agreements across defined clinical service providers and addressing outsourcing needs for current and future clinical trials. This role entails negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring contract quality control while collaborating with the Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs teams to monitor service provider performance. You will report directly to either the Senior Director of Clinical Outsourcing or the Associate Director of Clinical Outsourcing. The position aims to enhance vendor selection and manage the entire contract lifecycle in collaboration with various departments at Oruka Therapeutics to ensure high-quality clinical trial planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the structure and processes for a newly established Clinical Outsourcing function within Clinical Operations.
- Lead the creation of complex RFI and RFP document templates.
