Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in marketing, business, or STEM-related fields (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, statistics).4-6 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy, consulting, analytics, or subscription-based business models. Demonstrated experience in developing and measuring the effectiveness of pricing strategies, including AB testing, with a successful track record in data-rich environments. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel, Tableau; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.

This position is essential for optimizing pricing models and discount strategies for HelloFresh Core and associated brands, aiming to enhance profitability while ensuring competitive positioning. You will have a unique platform to impact the growth trajectory of HelloFresh by developing strategic roadmaps, generating and validating hypotheses, and engaging with cross-functional teams to analyze financial implications and facilitate data-driven decisions. Your insights will be vital in delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting sustainable, profitable growth for the organization.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing and refining the discount strategy across our North American brands, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Owning the pricing and discount strategy for designated brands, acting as the primary point of contact, and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of optimization opportunities and innovative incentive strategies. Utilize data and your analytical skills to identify strategic pricing and discount prospects.
  • Managing the complete AB testing process: setup in collaboration with channel owners, monitoring tests, and analyzing outcomes. Documenting business impacts and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Translating complex data into compelling narratives that highlight risks, opportunities, and their implications for the business.
  • Collaborating with Growth Marketing, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams on pricing and discount initiatives to enhance customer profitability both in the short and long term.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of current pricing and discount strategies.
  • Overseeing the implementation of discount optimizations and relevant new tools.
