We invite you to join our team and make a significant difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a Program Integrations Manager for our National Expansion team.
This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required based on business needs.
Department & Position Overview:
The Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting National Expansion by overseeing execution, team management, and quality of delivery during research, program integration, and launch activities. This ensures that states are fully prepared for effective operation upon launch, enabling a seamless transition for patients and caregivers to begin care on day one. The Manager is committed to implementing a consistent best practice approach for each new launch.
In this capacity, the Manager will lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team comprising licensing specialists, program managers, and analysts, ensuring successful state research and launches. By cultivating a collaborative environment that emphasizes ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, the Manager will work closely with the Director of National Expansion to coordinate readiness for transitions and ensure that all necessary inputs, documentation, and timelines are fulfilled for new state launches.
