About the Role

We are in search of a dynamic analytics leader to steer our data and business analytics initiatives while managing a high-performing team. This crucial position is instrumental in driving business expansion and enriching the overall customer lifecycle. As a strategic partner to departmental leaders, the Manager of Data Analytics will harness data to guide critical decisions, optimize operations, and identify avenues for growth and efficiency.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee a skilled team of analysts, collaborating across functions to launch new products, enhance existing offerings, and stimulate business growth. By gaining deep insights into customer behavior, you will ensure a seamless user experience and inform strategies that enhance member value.

Your responsibilities will include enforcing functional processes and best practices while leading the development of analytical projects. You will review your team's work, provide structural guidance on complex analyses, and implement talent strategies that guarantee ongoing success. Your expertise in experimentation frameworks, business intelligence, and in-depth analytics will be pivotal in shaping the future of Current's financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, promoting a culture of analytical excellence through constructive feedback and structured analyses.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and engineering to design, execute, and evaluate experiments.
  • Deliver timely insights and reporting that highlight key performance drivers and reveal untapped growth opportunities for leadership.
  • Work with stakeholders across Product, Analytics Engineering, and Engineering to create robust data models and define data requirements.
  • Implement functional processes, best practices, and data governance to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analyses.
  • Facilitate the development of analytics models, segmentation, and personalization strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
