About the Role...

We are seeking a Manager of Client Strategy to join our Success team, responsible for leading the strategic management of a portfolio of prestigious brands. In this client-centric role, you will act as a trusted advisor to marketing executives—particularly within the luxury fashion and beauty sectors—aiming to retain and grow their business through data-driven affiliate and creator strategies. You will also engage cross-functionally to deliver outstanding client experiences and help scale ShopMy’s brand success model.

Your Impact in This Role:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and relationship manager for high-profile brand accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on objectives and unlock upsell opportunities
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that foster client growth
  • Identify and address day-to-day business challenges proactively across your portfolio
  • Enhance discussions with brand stakeholders to maximize value and investment in ShopMy
  • Communicate significant product feedback to influence product development
  • Represent the client's voice internally, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints
