Key ResponsibilitiesOversee planner and client relationships while managing various projects and demands. Collaborate with team members to create clear pathways for analysts' success. Engage in brainstorming sessions with communication planners, creative teams, media planners, buyers, clients, and partner agencies. Design and manage custom analyses to meet client needs. Guarantee high-quality data and analytics deliverables, identifying business opportunities. Work on improving automation and minimizing human error in data processing and analysis. Required Skills & ExperienceAbility to develop analytic solutions from ambiguous business problems. Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong foundation in statistical analysis and digital analytics. Proven quantitative and analytical skills, with the capability to derive insights from data. Comfortable engaging in meetings with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in problem conceptualization and solution design through analytical thinking. Proficiency in Tableau and site tagging. Exceptional ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to senior leaders. Desired Skills & ExperienceFamiliarity with data management, statistical, and/or optimization languages. Expertise in Python, SQL Server, and Tableau for data analysis and quality assurance.
