Key Responsibilities
As the Manager of our Enterprise Project Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market:
Company Top Goal Stewardship:
- Identify and dynamically report on the achievement of annual company-wide top goals to the Scout Motors Management Board.
- Ensure the Management Board has full visibility into goal progress, delays, and areas requiring escalation on a monthly basis.
Project Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic projects that lack established organizational responsibility.
Project Standardization:
- Deploy standardized responsibilities, tools, templates, reporting cadences, and methods across the Scout Motors project portfolio.
- Create a master Scout Motors schedule from production start, identifying critical paths by integrating existing project timelines.
