About The Role:

We are seeking a driven lead analyst to connect our strategic vision with the execution of our Collections and Recovery operations. While expertise in collections is not a prerequisite, we are looking for someone who possesses a natural inclination to evaluate processes and policies to enhance value and efficiency.

Your role will involve leveraging data to optimize file movement within our system, assess partner performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the rules governing the movement of accounts through our delinquency lifecycle, using data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Transform intricate datasets into clear, narrative-driven reports on portfolio performance and strategies to inform senior leadership and foster change.
  • Act as the analytical liaison for outsourced partners, providing necessary data and reporting to achieve high-performance outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation of new or revised processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption through data-driven insights.
  • Identify automation opportunities to eliminate manual decision-making points within the collections and recovery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure analytical models are integrated into core loan management systems or third-party platforms.
  • Establish and maintain the logical frameworks that facilitate automated file movement between internal workflows and external vendor systems.
