Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in mainframe testing within Core Banking, Lending, ATM, and Cards domains. Familiarity with the FIS product suite (C CAPS, A CAPS, A CONNEX, P CONNEX) is a plus.3-4 years of experience in Test Data Management. Proficiency in coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes, as well as assisting in the design of software applications to fulfill functional and technical requirements. A strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards. Experience with testing toolsets such as HP Testing Suite (Quality Center, Test Director, LoadRunner, WinRunner, Quick Test Pro) and IBM Rational Testing Suite (Functional Tester, Performance Tester, etc.) is an asset. Professional Skill Requirements:Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Proven success in a collaborative team environment. Ability to think creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations. Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership in a professional context, whether military or civilian. Evidence of teamwork and collaboration in professional settings.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive software testing to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate in identifying, managing, and resolving system defects.
  • Document all issues and work diligently towards their resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to the QA Lead regarding problem resolution progress.
  • Propose enhancements for existing procedures to improve quality.
  • Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze and address low-complexity problems, applying routine solutions.
  • Receive moderate direction on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
  • Make decisions impacting personal work and potentially affecting colleagues.
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope of work.
