We are seeking dedicated and efficient production workers to join our dynamic team during both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in manufacturing, with significant opportunities for professional and financial growth, following our Operations Labor Model.

Shift Hours: 1st Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM | 2nd Shift: 3 PM to 12 AM

Key Responsibilities of Machine Operators include:

  • Assisting in mill operations to produce products according to production plans.
  • Conducting daily maintenance on machinery and reporting any issues to the Production Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding all production activities, particularly concerning manufacturing processes and customer/supplier information.
  • Adhering to safety protocols as outlined in the Company Safety Policy.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment as per training guidelines, including any provided uniforms.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Team Leader.
