Qualifications

QualificationsOver 7 years of experience in the investment industry with a client-facing role (e.g., external wholesaler, internal wholesaler, relationship manager, product specialist). Previous ETF sales experience is highly favored, with capital markets or derivatives experience being a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while adhering to a structured sales process. Strong knowledge of ETFs (including structure, tax implications, liquidity), portfolio construction, and creation/redemption mechanics. Ability to independently clarify complex concepts for clients. Demonstrated sales or relationship management expertise. Comfort with discussing market volatility and performance metrics. Proficiency in selling and supporting various m+ ETF strategies. Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses is mandatory.

iCapital is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join our dynamic m+ ETF Distribution team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our assets under management (AUM) by actively promoting our innovative ETF offerings to financial advisors, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Broker Dealers, and Turnkey Asset Management Programs (TAMPs). Positioned at the crossroads of capital markets, portfolio management, and client relationship development, this high-impact leader will report directly to the m+ Funds Division Manager and collaborate with a talented team dedicated to making a significant impact at iCapital. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple client relationships while forging new partnerships.
