In this role, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to respond to client inquiries across various channels, ensuring the highest level of service for all requests, including restaurant reservations, ticket sourcing and purchases, travel quotations and bookings, and more. You will utilize our internal data system, research tools, and supplier partnerships to create unparalleled concierge experiences. Working collaboratively with a broader team of Lifestyle Managers, you will play a vital role in exceeding our clients' expectations.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional online customer service by understanding client requests and exploring innovative solutions, whether via phone, email, or chat, always delivering with efficiency and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests via phone, email, and chat, meeting appropriate response times for each channel.
- Open, manage, and resolve client inquiries effectively.
- Address client requests directly whenever possible.
- Communicate with external suppliers to facilitate and secure services on behalf of clients.
- Ensure clients are informed of all terms and conditions from our suppliers before executing transactions.
- Occasionally support leadership activities as needed.
- Assist with client requests from other Ten Global offices.
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions during work hours, as these are integral to the role.
