This Low-Code Engineer position sits within EDB's Brand, Marketing, and Communications Division. The role supports efforts to strengthen Singapore’s profile as a top global business hub. The engineer will focus on building and optimizing automation workflows and digital experiences across marketing platforms.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and launch marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Support email campaigns and lead management processes.
- Set up and manage email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). Handle reusable email templates and modular components with HTML and CSS. Work closely with copywriters and campaign managers, run test sends, and manage email deployment.
- Build responsive landing pages for marketing campaigns and events using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create automated workflows and form handlers for capturing and segmenting leads. Ensure these integrate with the EDB website and other relevant platforms.
- Work with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for automation solutions.
- Test automated workflows thoroughly to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing automation solutions, including user guides, technical details, and support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and external partners, to support effective integration and high performance of marketing technologies.
