We offer a competitive starting pay of $16/hr, with opportunities for growth based on your performance. Here’s how you can increase your earnings:

  • Pay Range: $16-$17 hourly
  • Starting Pay: $16/hr
  • At 3 Months: $16.25/hr
  • At 6 Months: $16.50/hr
  • At 9 Months: $16.75/hr
  • At 12 Months: $17/hr

We seek motivated, energetic team players who will:

  • Inspect vehicles for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues.
  • Regularly wash and vacuum all inventory.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections on incoming inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and ensuring compliance with company and state disclosures.
  • Foster positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management throughout the organization.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
