CGS Federal is in search of a dedicated Litigation Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Litigation Support team. This full-time mid-level position is critical in providing technical support for a significant Federal agency's ongoing litigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government staff and work under the guidance of the Contract IT Manager, Systems Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, or Lead Project Manager to define system and project requirements based on inputs from various stakeholders.
- Design and develop systems that meet specified requirements while addressing functional and design specifications, data validation, and data capture mechanisms.
- Translate functional requirements into effective systems designs for the development of necessary software applications, including testing procedures using sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation as required by task orders.
- Consult with both Government and Contractor staff to clarify task objectives, identify issues, and propose improvements.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior personnel.
- Occasionally serve as a technical supervisor or team lead for projects.
- Report on project progress to both Government staff and superiors.
- Offer user and technical documentation along with training for the systems developed.
