CGS Federal is in search of a skilled Litigation Systems Analyst to enhance our technical support for a prominent Federal agency's litigation initiatives. As part of our team, you will engage in innovative problem-solving using state-of-the-art technology to address the government’s most pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government personnel and project leads, capturing vital system and project requirements based on insights from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Case Managers, and litigation staff.
- Architect comprehensive systems that align with defined requirements, detailing functional specifications, programming guidelines, data validation, and conversion processes through discussions with stakeholders.
- Convert functional specifications into actionable systems designs for software development, including rigorous testing with sample data.
- Present findings and recommendations through formal reports and presentations.
- Create essential systems documentation as required by task orders.
- Engage with Government and Contractor teams to clarify task objectives, address challenges, and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff.
- Lead projects as a technical supervisor when necessary.
- Report progress to Government representatives and internal supervisors.
- Deliver user and technical training for developed systems.
