Experience: 5–8+ years in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing, directly managing onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement initiatives. Skills: Proficient in email marketing systems, behavioral campaign creation, and lifecycle experimentation frameworks. Knowledge: Familiarity with data analysis, user behavior tracking, and marketing automation tools. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Our innovative product streamlines the daily tasks that creatives and marketers face while managing content, empowering creativity through advanced image recognition, automated versioning, and efficient approval workflows. Since our launch in March 2021, we have garnered support from leading venture capital firms such as Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

This position requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week in New York City.

We are seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and oversee the systems that transform signups into loyal power users. You will be responsible for building Air's lifecycle engine from scratch, implementing behavioral triggers, creating onboarding flows, and developing retention programs, alongside push notifications and more. If you have a passion for creating impactful, data-driven campaigns that resonate emotionally, this role is perfect for you.
