Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager to contribute to our mission-driven team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing – Loyalty, you will collaborate to motivate individuals to embrace a plant-based lifestyle.

This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and fostering long-term loyalty through personalized, data-driven campaigns that improve the overall customer journey.

As the Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on creating and executing lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. Utilizing segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization, you will design relevant experiences while continuously improving performance through an iterative test-and-learn methodology.

  • This hybrid role is based in Chicago, IL, with on-site presence at our Fulton Market office.
  • Our hybrid work model includes 2-3 in-office days a week, balancing flexibility with team collaboration. Many team members prefer to come in more frequently to remain engaged and inspired.
