Proven expertise in enclosed storm sewer drainage design, including hydraulic analysis, plan development, and coordination with roadway design. Strong proficiency with roadway and drainage design software, such as Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads.

Position Overview

Olsson offers a wide range of multidisciplinary design services for transportation projects, including DOT and municipal roadway systems, urban and rural highways, interchanges, and local streets. As a Licensed Transportation Engineer specializing in roadway projects, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, and execution of these projects, with a particular focus on enclosed storm sewer drainage design. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed roadway and drainage plans and specifications, conducting and reviewing hydraulic calculations, formulating cost estimates, and supporting project management initiatives. You will work closely with diverse teams, agency partners, and clients, contribute to technical decision-making, and mentor junior engineers. Additionally, you will participate in client meetings and conduct field observations, ensuring engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle.
