Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Alabama. In this pivotal role, you will guide clients through relationship issues, family dynamics, life transitions, and mental health challenges utilizing structured, evidence-based telehealth approaches. Your responsibilities will encompass assessment, personalized treatment planning, ongoing therapy sessions, client progress monitoring, and comprehensive clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Evaluate client needs, concerns, and family or relationship dynamics.
  • Develop and enhance individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Apply suitable therapeutic models for family systems and couples counseling.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers or support services as needed.
