With Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) prevalence rates reaching 1 in 36 Americans, early diagnosis has become increasingly critical, especially in the wake of disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the demand for ASD diagnostic assessments continues to escalate, we are eager to expand our team.

We are searching for a passionate and qualified Licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in assessing and diagnosing ASD. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough evaluations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide insightful diagnostic recommendations through the following responsibilities:

  • Employing a variety of specialized assessment tools to analyze developmental and behavioral patterns.
  • Utilizing your knowledge and skills to identify ASD and inform personalized care planning.
  • Collaborating with our team to oversee data collection, scoring, and interpretation, ensuring each assessment maintains high quality and consistency.

This position requires effective communication with families, fostering a supportive atmosphere for clients and colleagues, and mentoring team members to uphold best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and/or supervise comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for ASD using a variety of assessment methods to guarantee accuracy and quality.
  • Analyze and interpret evaluation data.
  • Provide constructive feedback to clients following assessments.
  • Communicate assessment findings to all team members effectively.
  • Mentor team members on best practices, ensuring the highest standards of care across all evaluations.
  • Utilize a standardized diagnostic report template to generate comprehensive reports within 14 days of assessment appointments.
  • Ensure compliance of all assessments and documentation with regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in psychological assessment and treatment.
  • Develop and enhance training resources that assist in data collection and scoring procedures to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to refine diagnostic practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in ASD diagnostics and share insights with the team.
